The simplestbecause our culinary technique is entirely subordinated to seasonal flavours and at the same time shows the quality of the products used. The richestbecause we treat the quality of our products uncompromisingly. We buy meat only from breeders known to us, just like preserves, juices or honey.

For many years we have been an important point on the culinary map of Warsaw (some people claim that we are Polish).

Our love for Polish cuisine translates not only into our own culinary compositions, but also into ingredients. From the very beginning, we have been working with the best local suppliers. Many times only Green Bears served meats that were unavailable in any other restaurant in Poland. We serve original compositions that originate from the forgotten classics of Polish cuisine, thanks to reaching for ingredients that are hard to reach.

He worked on creating catering projects in Warsaw.

He holds the position of chef in one of the most prestigious restaurants in Warsaw - Kafe Zielony Niedźwiedź Zielony Niedźwiedź, which bases its quality policy on the best, regional products. The menu card changes daily depending on availability and seasonality of products. The restaurant won the title of the Restaurant of the Year according to Gazeta Wyborcza in 2014.

I was here for the first time and I don't regret it. Charming location, climatic decor and gentle music in the background. I wanted to try different dishes a little bit, so I went towards the appetisers. To start with, an original hare pâté as a starter. Then buckwheat blinks with bacon and duck egg. And a regional beer. Finally, something specific, a beef sirloin tartar. Plus, I wanted to try some wine. I've been ordered a red Rhine Iraaduss! Very good wine. Just like all the dishes. I really recommend this place.

The restaurant is a climatic place where you can drink good alcohol. The offer includes well selected wines and more. For this I recommend appetisers - I've tried the beef marrow. On my next visit to Warsaw I will definitely visit the Green Bear again, this time with friends.

Although in winter the dark park does not encourage you to visit the restaurant, the dishes that wait inside compensate for the area. Good Polish cuisine is prepared with an idea and tasty. In summer, green grass will certainly be more attractive.

I went to the restaurant for lunch with a bit of uncertainty, because it was the first time I heard about this place. I ordered risotto and I am very positive about this dish. Besides a nice composition for the eyes, it was an unforgettable experience for the palate. Each bite was another adventure of flavors - depending on whether I took a piece of octopus or tomato. I recommend this place because it has its wonderful climate and delicious and fresh food.
